It is not mandatory to have a Masters degree in HR to be successful in HR. Candidates from diverse backgrounds such B.tech, B.E. BCA, BSC, B.Com can also pursue a successful career in the HR field if they possess a combination of the above mentioned skills and have the drive and passion to succeed in this field.
